In 1931 Cadillac offered an astounding array of models including V8, V12 and V16 engines. It was an offering that only General Motors could provide. The designs of 1931 have been regarded by many as a high point of the Classic Era design and styling. Equipped with a three-speed manual gearbox, chrome wire wheels, whitewall tires, enclosed sidemounts topped by mirrors, Pilot-Ray headlamps, exhaust deflector, rear trunk rack, rumble seat and stainless steel radiator stone guard. The body is finished in red, while the fenders, sidemounts, and beltline are maroon with the beltline accentuated by tan pinstriping. The interior is tan leather.
